You can become a member of the Short Sale Biz Team and help people while earning money at the same time. It doesn’t matter if you are and Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker, or if you do not have a license, there is a place for you here as well.

Licensed Agents/Brokers earn Real Estate Commissions and Non-Licensed people share in what we call Profit Sharing when the Short Sale is completed (“Leg A”) and the property is placed back on the market for resale to an end buyer. This “Leg B” of the transaction would create the profit which is earned by members of our team according to the level they achieve in our Compensation Plan.
